After Sun Body Spritz-r Recipe

5 -- Drops Frankincense (Boswellia carterii)

14 -Drops Lavender (Lavandula augustifolia)

2 -- Drops German Chamomile (Matricaria recutita)

1 -- Tablespoon Aloe JELLY (Be sure to use Aloe Jelly NOT Gel or Juice straight from the plant!)

2 -- Vitamin E Capsule

60 - Drops solubol or emulsifier (This will distribute essential oils evenly in the water) 

1 --  8 oz Amber Bottle

Distilled Water

Blend Solubol/Emulsifier with Essential oils First (mix well) 

Add Aloe JELLY to blend (mix well)

Lastly add distilled water, cover, shake, and Spritz AWAY my friends! 

This Blend is a VERY low dilution making it safe for children 3 months and older! 

As always consult a physician if you are pregnant or nursing!
